About the reporting desk

Valleybase Civic Metrics helps public offices in Vietnam count service delivery honestly, age cases with care, and finish departmental reports on time.

Registered name and origin

The official registered business name is Valleybase Civic Metrics Co., Ltd. The firm was established in 2014 in Binh Duong after several of us left planning desks inside industrial-zone administrations. Early work was handwritten reconciliations for two ward-level social units; by 2017 we were assembling quarterly packs for larger departments around Song Than.

We remain a small practice. Directors still meet us at the records room rather than through a distant account manager. Our office sits at 22 Doc Lap St., Song Than Industrial Zone, Binh Duong — close enough for same-week site visits across the province.

How we work

We start with the paper and files you already keep. Interviews with clerks come before chart redesign. Every indicator in a pack must survive a question from a skeptical director: “Where did this number leave the ledger?”

Values we hold: plain language over jargon; exclusions written down before drafting begins; and respect for the people who update the pack after we leave.

People you may meet

Mai Hong leads departmental reviews and signs every pack we submit. Quoc Anh runs case queue audits and clerk workshops. Both still draft tables by hand when a spreadsheet has drifted from the register.
