Acceptance

By requesting an estimate, signing a scope note, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you engage us on behalf of a public agency, you confirm you have authority to do so.

Services

We provide human-delivered consulting for public-sector service delivery metrics, case tracking reviews, and departmental reporting. Scope, fees, and deliverables are defined in a written scope note for each engagement. Website descriptions are informational and do not themselves form a contract.

Intellectual property

Working methods and templates we bring to an engagement remain our intellectual property. Final packs prepared for your department become your property upon full payment, except for our pre-existing templates stripped of your data. You must not republish our marketing copy from this site without written consent.

Client materials

You retain ownership of registers, packs, and extracts you provide. You warrant that you may share them with us for the engagement and that citizen-identifying details are minimized before transfer whenever possible.

Confidentiality

We keep non-public agency materials confidential and use them only to deliver the engagement, unless disclosure is required by Vietnamese law or a competent authority.

Liability

Our work supports internal reporting and briefing; it is not a legal opinion, audit opinion under Vietnamese auditing standards, or guarantee of oversight outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including delayed ministry submissions caused by factors outside the agreed scope.

Website use

Content on this site is provided for general information. We may update pages without notice. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or scrape content for competing commercial reuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Binh Duong, unless mandatory rules require otherwise.
