Data we collect

When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, work email, department name if provided, engagement interest, and message content. Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Cookie data is described on our cookies page.

Purposes

We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, deliver engagements, improve site clarity, and meet legal record-keeping duties in Vietnam.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Engagement records are retained for at least five years or longer when Vietnamese administrative rules require. Analytics data, when enabled, is kept in aggregate form for up to 14 months.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with email or hosting providers acting on our instructions, or with authorities when required by law. Public-sector client materials are handled under the engagement’s confidentiality terms.

International transfers

Our primary operations and filing are in Vietnam. If a processor stores data outside Vietnam, we require contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer and the nature of the data.

Your rights

Subject to Vietnamese law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, or object to certain processing. Contact hello@portalvalleybase.click. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Vietnamese authority.

Children

This site is intended for professional adults working in public administration. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Updates

We may revise this notice. The updated version will appear on this page with a revised effective understanding from the date of posting.
